Product Manuals

Polly Highchair - Nottingham is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the removable/hideaway tray I have 2 under 2 and need to do everything with one hand. This removable tray makes finishing up mealtime a breeze when I have limited time due to my little ones juggling my attention.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad design I bought this a year ago and my son is now a year old. The tray does not get close enough to my son when eating. The food has to be extremely close in order for him to reach it and there is a good amount of space between him and the tray. I am going to investigate if I can remove the piece that is between his legs and then I may get the tray closer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I’m not a fan after using this for a year This product has a poor design for the pad can’t wash right and starts to smell. Tray is a pain. Small crevices that make clean up 15 minutes minimum after feeding baby. 45 of your husband let’s it dry up after baby eats. Don’t buy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many flaws Very disappointed in this chair. Too many negative qualities. It is almost impossible to clean. Food gets stuck in every crack, even with cleaning after every meal I always find food stuck places and can’t get them. Straps do not get tight enough to have baby in the chair. I’m constantly worried he is going to fall out. Only redeeming quality is it can come right to the table with us. Just overall very disappointed and will have to buy a new high chair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You can do better We own all chicco products. We had high hopes for this highchair. The lock mechanism on this high chair is an absolute struggle. It doesn't latch, even when you think its latched it's not. We have had food all over the floor because of it and know our daughter lifts the front end of it while the side closes to her is locked.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice I bought this highchair a little over 2 mths. I like how it is a very compact highchair I live in a small house so storing is no problem. I love how the chair and feet area recline. another plus is the tray, it has plenty of room, when my 4 yr old wants to see a movie I use the highchair since shes not allowed to have food in the living room she has enough space for her plate and cup. I love how sturdy it is and easy to clean. When baby self feeds food those get into cracks but that's no biggie for me I still manage to clean those small little areas. The only problem I have with this highchair is putting the tray away on the back legs it's so hard to get it right. Overall it is a great highchair that will last a while!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from To many places for food to hide Love this high chair until it was time for my baby to self feed. Like many others it is impossible to clean. I removed the shoulder straps because why would you want to clean them all the time. I constantly find food hiding under the cushion which is the biggest pain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The latte color is a nice addition to the line of high chairs. I totally love it being such neutral browns that blended right in with my dining room colors. The soft vinyl material is very child friendly; I was nervous when my son had ate some tomato basil sauce. I thought for sure it would stain right away. It did not, I used a little soap and water immediately after he finished and I was able to surprisingly remove the sauce from the seat cover. Like many high chairs their are nooks and crannies to wipe but overall I found it reasonable. This is the second high chair that I have used with my son who recently had turned 10 months old. What I love most is the flexibility of the Chicco Polly. It has the ability to adjust in height and even recline. This is such a great feature. Let’s talk about the wheels, I enjoyed being able to easily move the Polly high chair around with my son at the table or even for when he was practicing eating independently. I could easily roll it from the carpeted dining area to the hardwood kitchen floor area. I was able to have him within arms reach. Don’t worry the wheels can lock in place. I do like the removable tray. My previous high chair would only swing open. As my son, continues to grow in his independence he has taken an interest in sitting closer to the dinner table sometimes like a big boy. So when he was fussy I could just slide the tray off. I do think for some it may require both hands to remove because it is a bit large. It can be a little tricky to snap back into to place but with practice it’s okay. The removable tray also was breeze to wipe off. The armrests fold-away that allowed for my son to be closer to the table. The fold is a little more multiple step than I was previously used to with a quick one fold. It was still practical to follow the steps to store away and it is fairly compact if you are limited on space. Overall, I’ve enjoyed using the Polly so far because it truly is versatile and will grow with my son as he transitions to his toddler years. As, a parent I certainly look for products that will stand the test of time. Chicco provided this product to me in exchange for my honest opinion.

Having trouble folding the seat and leg rest back snapped down easily when setting the chair up, but now it won’t tuck itself back up and we can’t find any buttons to compactly fold it back into place. Are we doing something wrong?
