How do I exchange or return an item?

At this time, you must return the unwanted item in the original packaging to receive credit and place a new order to process an exchange. Please see our return policy for more information.

How do I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status of your order, you can log into your account to get the most up to date information regarding your order status or you can contact customer service

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped only on business days from our warehouse in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal and corporate holidays. Depending on the location(s) to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own conditions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that your order may arrive via UPS, or the United States Post Office.

Currently, we only ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and all US Territories. Sorry, we do not ship to Guam or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I upgrade shipping or expedite my order?

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Express or Expedited service). Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal and corporate holidays.

What is the cost of shipping & handling?

What does the item availability mean?

In-Stock Items: Most items are in-stock and will beginning processing at our warehouse within 2-3 business days. The delivery date of your order is dependent on the destination address and shipping method. You will not be charged for the item until it has shipped.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Most orders will have tracking information. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, a tracking URL will be provided, if available. Orders that ship via the USPS will not have tracking availability.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service or by calling 1-877-424-4226. We will make every attempt to cancel your order. However, if the order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel.

Will I be charged for Sales Tax?

Chicco charges applicable sales tax in accordance to state laws.

Can I have my order shipped to another address?

Yes, in most cases you can elect to ship your order to a different address. To ensure that your order gets approved, your billing address must match the same address on your credit card. Please note, we cannot accommodate split shipments.

Can I ship an order outside the United States?

At this time, we can only ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and all US territories except Guam.

Can I ship an order to an APO or FPO?

At this time, we do not ship orders to APO or FPO addresses.

How do I enter a promo code?

During checkout, there are 2 options to enter a coupon or promotional code. In your shopping bag, below the items you have added to your cart, you can enter your code. Additionally, after you have completed your billing and payment information, there is another section where you will be prompted to enter your coupon or promotional discount. Please refer to your specific coupon or promotional code for usage, expiration dates and exclusions.

How do I register my product?

It's important that you register your Chicco product so that we may contact you in the event of a recall. There are 2 ways to register:

Can I buy replacement parts for Chicco products?

Yes, most of our replacement parts are available for sale online. If you do not see a part that you are looking for, please call customer service at 1-877-424-4226. Our customer service staff has access to our full assortment of replacement parts. Replacement parts are not intended for bulk purchase by re-sellers. Chicco wants consumers who purchase replacement parts to have the confidence that replacement parts are authentic Chicco brand parts. Chicco reserves the right to prohibit sale of replacement parts if it believes the purchaser is a re-seller.

Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, COD, or layaway options. All credit cards must be a valid US credit card with a valid US credit card billing address.

Your credit card will not be billed until your order has shipped. For your safety, your billing name and address must match the billing name and address of your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

Do you offer special offers or discounts?

From time to time, may offer special discounts and promotions. Please read the promotional details attached to each offer for specific information such as expiration dates, exclusions and usage.

If the discount is valid on your order, it will automatically be applied to your order summary.

Have a promotional coupon or code?

If you have a promotional coupon or code, simply enter the code at checkout. If the code is valid, it will automatically be added to your order summary. Only 1 promotional code is valid per order. Please note codes are case sensitive.
